In the event a customer wishes to access, rectify, or use their personal information in similar ways, the Company shall comply promptly within a reasonable extent.

In addition to observing the applicable laws, regulations, and other statutes regarding the personal information it retains, the Company reviews the content of its internal rules and other regulations regarding personal information protection on a continuous basis and strives to make improvements to its approach to them.

• ・In the administrative work of creating payment records regarding real estate transactions
• ・In the administrative work of creating payment records regarding compensation, fees, contract money, and monetary awards.

• ・In the administrative work of creating payment records regarding the distribution of dividends and retained earnings.

(3) Personally Identifiable Information and Similar Data Regarding Company Workers and other Personnel

In order to prevent the leakage, destruction, or corruption of personally identifiable information and similar data and to properly manage other individual numbers, the Company establishes separate “Individual Number and Personally Identifiable Information Protection Rules” and complies with them.

5.Handling Subcontractors

The Company at times may commission the handling of personally identifiable information and similar data to third parties. In such instances, the Company conducts the required and proper supervision of those subcontractors in accordance with the My Number Act and Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

6.Continuous Improvements

The company continuously reviews its handling of personally identifiable information and similar data and strives to make improvements to its approach to them.

7.Disclosure and Similar Matters for Personally Identifiable Information and Similar Data

When the Company receives a request from the individual him/herself or from that person’s representative to disclose applicable personally identifiable information and similar data, it responds without delay except in the following situations:

• ・There is a risk of harm to the life, physical well-being, property, or other rights and interests of the individual him/herself.
• ・There is a risk of a major hindrance to the proper execution of the Company’s work.
• ・Laws and regulations would be violated.

The Company follows procedures relating to the disclosure and other aspects of its personally identifiable information and similar data in compliance with publicly announced items according to the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information.”
